More will be added to this later... Amanda was living with her roommates(who's wedding Amanda had witnessed) Kate and Seg, and they were all attending Saint Cloud State University. One day Kate told Amanda that she was going to invite one her classmates from her Glacial Geology class over after class and “Caleb is awesome, you should hang out with us” . Kate later said that she had started talking to Caleb because he was wearing a shirt with a band Amanda liked on it. Later that week Amanda came home from her job at the thrift store and exclaimed “I bought vintage thumbtacks on my lunch break!” before being introduced to Caleb. Caleb thought there was a certain quality about Amanda that he couldn't quite define. Amanda wondered if Caleb was single. They all got along well and Caleb would come over after class almost every day. Amanda had been planning to buy a few horror movies when she got her student loans, but when she found out that Caleb liked horror movies too she bought $200 worth of dvds from deepdiscount.com so that she would have an excuse to have Caleb watch with her. They ended up watching all of the movies and every single special feature. One day, movie director Kevin Smith came to the school to do a talk in the auditorium about his movies. Amanda was very sad that she had to be at work during it. Later after work, at home by herself she waited for everyone to return from campus. Hours passed and still no one came back. Finally around midnight the buzzer rang, it was Caleb. Kevin Smith would not shut up and Caleb had left before Kate and Seg, who had stayed to see the whole thing. Together they decided to watch The Day of the Dead. During the movie Caleb asked Amanda if she would go on a date with him and she said yes. Two years later Caleb inherited his mother's two cats ( Killer and Charlie,) and had to find a new apartment. Caleb and Amanda decided this would be a good time to move in together. After about a year of living together they went to Cafe Renaissance to celebrate the three year anniversary of their first date. Luckily, Amanda proposed to Caleb there, before he could implement his cockamamie proposal scheme which involved training an uncooperative kitten.
