3:30pm Wedding Ceremony

Cocktail hour, dinner, dancing and merriment to follow.

About the Venue

We are excited to get married at the La Jolla Cove Bridge Club which is right on the water, overlooking the ocean. In addition to the stunning scenery, Amanda spent much of her youth walking past the club, adding an extra sentimental touch to our special day.

La Jolla Cove lies within the San Diego La Jolla Underwater Park Ecological Reserve. Marine life, including the famous La Jollan seals, are plentiful!

Unplugged Wedding Ceremony

We want you to be able to really enjoy our wedding day, feeling truly present and in the moment with us. We’ve asked the incredible Natalie Franke to be our professional photographer, and we invite you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the moments. We’re respectfully asking that everyone leaves all cameras and cell phones off and out of sight during the ceremony. We will gladly share all professional photographs afterwards!

Attire

The attire for our wedding will be semi-formal. We suggest men wear suits & ties and women wear cocktail dresses / summer maxi dresses.

Please note that the ceremony & dinner will be hosted outdoors on grass and dancing will take place indoors. We recommend flat shoes or wedges for maximum comfort & plenty of dancing.

The average temperature in April should be around 65 degrees, but due to the coastal breeze, we recommend that our guests bring cardigans or light jackets.

Wedding Hashtag: #HillAlwaysLoveLiew

After the ceremony ends, we welcome photographs & hope you tag us in social media with #HillAlwaysLoveLiew! We hope that you sing loudly over this song when it plays too, just for kicks.
